Postage is charged at £4.95 for 1st Class, Royal Mail, Signed for delivery. We also have a next day delivery service charged at £10 for orders placed before 2pm.

We currently only use PayPal for online payments. This covers most credit and debit cards and a PayPal account is not needed. However if you are placing your order for collection from our shop then we also take payment over the counter.

Our 1st Class delivery option usually takes between 3-5 working days, however this can sometimes be sooner. Using our Next Day delivery option means you will get your items on the next working day (for all orders placed before 2pm).

We do not store any of your payment details, all payments are processed using PayPal. We only store your contact details so that we can contact you in the case of an error, or emergency.

After you place your order it will be sent to us to process. Once we have completed picking and packing your order ready for despatch you will receive an email update. Once your order has been despatched you will also receive another email informing you that your parcel is on it's way.
